For the first time, I do not have to crawl though a window to get into my new bedroom.
I passed my electrical inspection and framing inspection last week. My brother-in-law came over that night and powered up the addition so no more extension cords to get work done. Yesterday I had a Cab-over spray closed cell insulation.
According to my kids it looks like vanilla ice cream.
Thursday I have a boom truck delivering 32 sheets of sheetrock through the large window (second floor) and another 10 for the first floor ceiling. I'm giving myself the month of September to get it all installed
