Doesn't seem like a bad deal for an antique/classic truck, and it isn't a pile of rust
@dr-zoidberg Whenever I read _____ or Obo, I always want to message "hey, When can I drop off the Oboe and pick up the truck?"
that's a clarinet
Here's an oboe
Jeep should make a 3-row, 7-passenger LWB Wrangler based on the Gladiator chassis.
A Wrangler Safari like this could probably sell for like $100k and they'll sell every one they can possibly make. A Wrangler Safari SRT Hellcat
Here is the original image I photoshopped from:
Mechanics who work on Carnivals are, by definition, carnies, right?
The dealers that sell them are clowns
There is nothing wrong with liking any of those cars
The Camry is an awesome car that is successful for a reason
Even if the 4th gen is a step down from the 3rd gen (which is the best car ever mad), the 4th gen is still a very good car.
The Soul is cool and a nice little shape and available in some cool colors like Kia Soul Green "Alien" and other good ones, they only let you get sunroof + manual in the first year they sold them here.
Nothing wrong with the Spark, either. Cute lil cars that fit in almost any parking space, cool color options, and you can still get manual with a sunroof
Colors vary by year, but you they offered several shades of pink over the years, green, yellow, orange, purple, and cool shades of blue, too. For 2022, yellow is back, and you can get orange and even a knockoff of Miami Blue, but pink is gone for next year.
Cars I like more than I should:
Land Rover Freelander (especially the yellow 2-door convertible they actually did sell here for a couple years)
The Suzuki Aerio is cool too, especially the Aerio SX wagon, and even had a digital dash for the first few years (until they got stupid and took it away)
The big deal breaker is no sunroof
Nissan X-Trail. It's the Forester Done Right. Sold from 2005-2006 in Canada but not down here, you got a boxy lil SUV thing with a big sunroof available and an engine you can actually work on (the QR25 from the Sentra and Altima)
I like all those Canada-only specials, but today I'll just highlight the X-Trail
I like the Chevy Sonic RS in dragon green turd
as well as the Suzuki SX4 in AWD, buts thats an awesome little car, but probably mundane to the general public.
Hell yeah that dragon green sonic is fucking awesome!
Kasama Z. Smith did that at the age of 15
Get a Spark
Hatchback 30+ mpg available in cool colors and you can even get one new in your price range. Yeah it's a CVT, but there is nothing wrong with it.
You could get the Yaris hatchback with a 4-speed auto until a few years ago. Remeber, I'm talking about the real Yaris, the actual Toyota, not the lame-ass rebadged Mazda2 that's cool but not as good as Toyota.
Burn Allante, even if it's a final year model with the Northstar
These things can't even sell in the pandemic
@wbizarre The whole car looks and feels fast sitting still. They have way more character than most of the competition but most people want a status symbol, not a fun driving experience. I'm afraid Alfa might be gone before the next product cycle.
most people want to make it the whole way without shutting down. It has auto-stop, but not auto-start back up again
