I know it's been a little over a month now with my S3. I know some people wanted some impressions of it so lemme try and detail them now.
Firstly it's small and I had to learn AWD sometimes does not like full lock when backing out of a parking spot and I don't need to back as far out anymore.
Secondly I have power from this little 4 pot, but it doesn't have the punch I used to have from the Mustang, that thing felt like a rocket and tbh makes me disappointed a little, now that being said I got this thing before summer and the roads are nice so I haven't really pushed it to much cause cold. Also flooring it from a roll or anything suddenly laggs the car down as it tried to figure out the optimal gear...the 6R80 in the Mustang was smarter than this and just did it and sent it.
Then you get to the interior and gadgets, interior is amazing, the infotainment is good as well but carplay isn't what everyone made it seem to be so far, it's nice and convenient but doesn't play well with the Audi MMI at all. Also unless the screen is up it doesn't alert me to who is calling or anything of the sort and gives me a message every time I use the steering wheel answer button saying "Phone isn't in use by MMI" or something like that.
One month summary....it's not bad but I really need to test it more and push it harder I think. Also I've driven it roughly 1k miles I think and it's not bad on distance. MPG is miles a head of the Mustang, idk this thing doesn't have the sense of occasion like the Mustang did, the rawness of it either, next car I'm going back to the S197(BOSS 302 or GT500) platform I think or maybe something Porsche with a PDK or something.
