OK, being in a new world with the Hyphen I'm going to confess something I never did on kinja - I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT "HOUR RULE" MEANS.

@bloody-the-resident-shitposting-saffer I remember bike rides. I think I will guy a new rear shock this spring and I hope to be 100% by then. My surgery leg is still only about 75% as strong as it was.
