What’s for dinner/ drinks tonight?

I had chicken katsu w/curry and a glorious sushi roll...filled with shrimp tempura and topped with scallop tempura and eel sauce.

Doc was sick all last week so my trips to the store are off. Bronchitis determined by the doctor today. Poor guy's so sick but he has good drugs now.

So, my larder is getting pretty thin on fresh stuff. Found some old Brussel Sprouts. Chopped a bit of spring onion into the bag with a dash of garlic powder. Zapped the bag for a few minutes while I fried an egg. One bowl meal is enough. With rum, of course.

@Rusty Vandura I can't do it but my wife has some strange ability to make food look like what you see in the recipe pictures.....It's probably one of the reasons I'm fat.
