What’s for dinner/ drinks tonight?

I went out and picked up a bag of Masaca because we had ideas of making homemade tortillas....but apparently it’s Margarita Day so I lost my wife to the neighbours stoop. So it was store bought tortillas tonight. I did make instapot pulled chicken though.
Paired it with an Irish Lager...went well
I’m so stuffed. What’s everyone else having?

@classicdatsundebate - No drinky-drinks tonight, and no pics (yet), but I'm having tamales with salsa verde and some sorta-like refried black beans that I threw together... more like "mashed-up black beans with spices". Not sure it qualifies as an actual dish, but it's tasty. Tamales are also store-bought (shame on me), but they're at least sorta authentic? I'm probably failing at this.

@nth256 sounds great,..and sounds right up my alley. We have a local bodega that sells homemade hot food, premade takeaway and Mexican staples you normally wouldn’t find in grocery stores. They have great tomalies and I used their rice and Salsa Roja tonight. They even make in store nacho chips which are so much better than store bought.

A vegan curry gudge made in the One Pot with butternut squash, red pepper, cauliflower, onion, garlic, lentils and some red pepper flakes. I had mine over some some short-grain brown rice.

@classicdatsundebate Was going to make pork tenderloin, but it was still pretty frozen and so was the driveway I had to clear snow from.... My spouse had made a batch of bread today, so I made scrambled eggs, bacon, boston baked beans and toast!

Went to Mellow Mushroom after work, had a calzone and three Red Ferraris (a local double IPA they had on tap there). Was a long week for me.
