Down on the Amusement Park
-
This group of slightly ramshackle trolleys have been transporting guests of Six Flags Over Georgia from the parking lot to the main entrance for decades now. I distinctly remember these all being the same as when I first visited this place.
These are actually quite important since the entrance is far away from even the closest parking spot.
There was one more slightly more modern looking one circulating along the trolley path at the time so it isn't pictured. I wonder how old these actually are?

@WhoIsTheLeader the one in the foreground is a Sunliner, they built that style from roughly late 1970s into the early 1990s, extremely popular with amusement parks, zoos, beach towns, etc

Americans will do literally anything to avoid building a train

@ForSweden They have one, it runs a 2km loop around the perimeter of the park

@ranwhenparked it's easily the most carefully styled of the bunch.
Weirdly, the more modern one is rear engined so they lose a good two rows of seats along the length of the vehicle that is just a long flat space not used for anything.
