You Don’t have to Spend a Lot to have a Famous watch

@HFV_Junkyardin I thought that he was someone else for years
-
@415s30 Eddie Murphy? If so, me too. Which makes me feel more than a little racist
-
That's not a bad idea. I need a watch to wear with my tux. I have a Casio that is, I guess, a modern version of an 80s vintage digital I had in high school. It's fine, but it just feels so cheap. I imagine this one would feel much the same. But it is pretty, and the price is right.

@415s30 @HFV_Junkyardin I thought it was Eddie Murphy for years too. I don't think not recognizing random stars is racist. Especially when it is much more likely a random meme you see on the internet is someone famous, and not just some guy, which as I understand it is who that guy is.

It's not Eddie Murphy?
-
@ttyymmnn No, it's just some guy!

@facw Was just looking at that. An actor, but not one I've heard of.

look at Q Timex.
But wait--I want a nicer watch priced at $40!
-
@ttyymmnn I’ve got a timex weekender that I found and bought a leather strap from Etsy that I wear with a suit.
-
@ibRAD I never really looked hard at it, I thought it was Levar Burton from Reading Rainbow, I never thought it was Eddie.

@ttyymmnn get a nice leather one for your skx and swap them out when the mood strikes. i wore mine with a suit every day, itll be fine.
