Google Drive / Backup and Sync Question
-
I've been using Google Drive for years. Used to be, when you shared a folder with another G-Drive user, that folder would sync to the other user's local G-Drive folders. Seems like that's no longer the case. Is this anyone else's experience? Am I missing something?
It gets complicated when you use several Google accounts throughout the day.

@Rusty-Vandura
It should be that way. We use Backup and Sync (Google Drive) for our shared folder at work. Once it's configured, we have 1 giant folder (+subfolders) that gets continuously synced between all of our computers in almost-real time.Forgot to mention - the file path is the same on EVERY computer. We use C:/<Company>/<Big Ass Shared Folder Name>

@rusty-vandura If that user has customized what folders are shared, they might have to go in and check the folder you just shared in order for it to sync. The only other reasons would be that person is signed out/not connected to the internets.
