Hey, thanks for voting. I hope you enjoyed today’s poll.
Have some vehicles you’d like to see in the poll? Send me a message! -
@Exage03040 It's like choosing between slightly expired milk or slightly expired 1/2 and 1/2. I don't want either but I need something in my coffee....
-
@Exage03040 V8>Manual, for a summer cruiser. Corvette for me! And it's a good looking car FWIW.
-
@Exage03040 Z3 for me. I like it better, and @Bandit has unfortunately taught us that burgundy C4s are a bit tricky to get rid of.
-
@Exage03040 I hate to say this where @ItalianJobR53 might see it, but I haven’t really liked the Corvette design post-C3.
-
@facw @Exage03040 Shoot, I sold mine for more than that! And I had almost 100k miles and the body damage/rust to prove it. Probably made more because of the manual trans though
Edit: The "lets go brandon" sticker on the soft top window is peak C4 automatic convertible driver.
-
@Exage03040 The BMW looks like it is in better shape from the pics, but the Corvette has the ponies. If it were a 6 cylinder Z3 would go BMW, but it's not so Corvette I guess.
-
@Bandit I didn't click through, but yeah tasteful:
I can't help feel that that should be a Corvette logo rather than a bowtie above it (if you are going to ugly up your car with stickers).
-
@facw If you use it correctly, nobody would ever see the rear window! (or you could just fix it with a razor blade and some effort)
-
@Exage03040 I had a friend in high school who's mom had a Z3 M and it was awesome, but those 1.9's are not quick and I'm kinda a redneck anyway, so C4 over Z4 for me!
-
@Exage03040 Have to go with the Corvette this time, betraying my BMW faith.
My dad had one of those Z3s with the 4 cylinder. While it was ok, the engine was just anemic for the platform. If I could find a good deal on a 6 cyl version I'd buy one to bomb around in for a summer or two.
-
@Exage03040 Someone paid over 5k for a high mileage, 4 cylinder z3. Wow.
But it is manual So I'll take it. -
@Exage03040 convertible corvettes are hideous + its an auto so its literally the worst corvette you can buy...
I would rather have the beemer -
-
@facw I actually really like that sticker. It lets me know I don't want to talk to the person in the car.
-
130 hp is kinda sad. The Corvette is kinda ugly, but it got my vote.
-
I choose the BMW because of the manual transmission. I'm surprised the auto vette is as popular a choice as it is.
-
@Exage03040 neither. For the first time... I'll abstain lol
-
@AestheticsInMotion said in This or That 235:

I should have but a convertible BMW could be a fun summer car if you don't want to go too fast.
-
@Highlander It’s a stick, I’m sure you can make it go fast enough when necessary.
-
@Exage03040 An automatic Corvette? No thanks.
-
Sports cars should have a manual, and an automatic C4 isn't a good GT car. The Z3 is an easy choice.
-
@Just-Jeepin It's probably about the same performance as my Z with actual creature comforts.
-
Just Jeepin'
-
@Exage03040 The vette will last forever. The Z3 is probably on its third water pump and will need a new coolant system 3 weeks after you buy it.
