Atlanta Oppos - let's meet Jan 29

I know there are some Atlanta area Oppos, as well as some outside the city and in the surrounding areas, that wanted to potentially meetup at Cars & Coffee Atlanta.

This months meet is Jan. 29th @ 8am, at the Perc coffee shop located on the corner of 2nd Ave. SE & Hosea Williams Dr.

I'll be there at 8am with my E85 Z4 with the Uppu sticker on the back windshield.

@DaveyD I could definitely drop by but I'd have to leave at 10 for church and I do love my sleep. I'd probably be by for just an hour. Still, I'd love to see you there. Let's hope I can get myself up that morning.

I don't have too far to go either. Good thing I have the Tundra with me this semester at Tech.

Though if @Cars shows up in his blue Volvo it'll ruin things.

@DaveyD I’ll advise. It’s a little far and early for me. Back when C&O was at Perimeter, going over at 8AM was inconvenient. C&O is near me now but not really worth it.

Looks like the weather might be okay Sunday morning. The forecast is for some rain in the afternoon.

But I think we are scheduled for some 'mostly' peaceful riots this weekend. I don't really want to happen upon anyone's demonstration on the Atlanta freeways or downtown side roads. Perhaps a February meet would make more sense.

@DaveyD @john-norris We were out in West Mid-town last Saturday night and I didn't know there had been any trouble in Downtown last weekend until I saw something on Instagram a couple of days later.

I will still be going on Sunday.
