Oh my.
-
That price is nuts, but the truck is dope!

@dr-zoidberg The price is high but that also buys you a 300,000 mile worn out Taco so it's not totally insane.
-
@dr-zoidberg I fully expected 5 digits when I clicked on that link. $8k is nothing to sneeze at, but hardly insane.
-
@just-jeepin It's a really cool truck for somewhere between reasonable and insane which is better than I expected.
-
@dr-zoidberg
I'm not a "truck guy", but - "oh God that is gorgeous!" -
@dr-zoidberg Looks pretty sharp except for the seat wear (and bed wear, but hey it's a truck). For the seats I guess you could have some one remove those panels and replace them with a color matched leather, though you might end up replacing everything but the fabric doing it that way.
-
@dr-zoidberg I get it. On Facebook Marketplace near me is a Chevy Luv that looks like a mini Red-Express for 5k and I am all about it.
-
@dr-zoidberg I love well-polished single stage paint.

I'd say 8k for that is healthy, and it'd probably go for more here in Minnesota.
-
@dr-zoidberg Longboi restoration inspiration?
-
@dr-zoidberg I love the simplicity of the interiors back then.
-
@dr-zoidberg that paint job is awesome. That interior looks like a good place to be too.
-
@dr-zoidberg Looks good, a little dear, but not insane, given the market moving towards this area, and these trucks being able to decompose in most climates.
I am very skeptical about that exterior paint, however. Bed paint is likely original, but the paint looks a little fresh, SR5 font doesn't look right, never seen that stripe pattern before.
-
@dr-zoidberg lord that is nice. Look at that aftermarket rear bumper, it's not even tweaked.
-
@dr-zoidberg mmmmmmoh yeah. I’d drive that. Doing the CAD to USD... she’s pricey. But daaaaaaaaamn. Fine looking truck there
