@forsweden I think Doug's general take here is spot on. That customer is absolutely out there. Toyota's probably just made the business decision it's just not worth developing and validating a car for that small of a market.

I used to enjoy Doug but over the past year I've kind of turned on him.

Not to say he has bad reviews or anything, but he really has turned into a pompous auto journalist over the past few years. As if his opinion carries more weight than other journo's. Just the vibe I get, still like his reviews of rare and old vehicles.
