Sorry to be Debbie Downer but this is our 11 year old golden doodle Brighton who, sadly, may not be around a lot longer. Pictured here in her meanest pose.

She has been sick on and off for a few months and finally an ultrasound showed a mass on her stomach wall. Not good at her age. Don't know yet if it's cancer, but it's not good regardless. She is such a sweet girl and my wife and I are already kind of crushed by the news, even though she's still here for now. She's been with us since before we had kids, and for almost 5 years she went everywhere with me, including work. She will be sorely missed to say the least.

Repost from Meeper Monday, sorry. Just got Jake & Elwood back from the vet, where they had something taken away. Came home wearing the Cone Of Shame. I think they liked the cone even less than losing their balls.
