@rusty-vandura Have you build the Minion yet?
-
@ttyymmnn Not yet. Will report when I do.

@rusty-vandura Nice line up!
Somebody has a U-2R/ER-2 up on Ideas. Maybe us Oppos could give it some love....

That’s cool but with less than 500 supporters and only a few days left I doubt it’ll make it. Also probably flies too close to the ‘no military things’ rule they have.

@jminer I would think being a NASA aircraft (or a spyplane) would get around that, but yeah, they're running well short the support that they need.
-
@skyfire77 Have they made any sets of converted military planes? Thinking something a C-130. I know they do some dedicated NASA things like the space shuttle or Saturn V.
Their lack of recent models of actual planes made me buy a couple Cobi sets, I built one recently and it was pretty good, actually working on a write-up for it here.

@skyfire77 solid point, the set is fairly removed from a clone if the F4U though unlike the NASA U2, which is still mostly a U2.
Here's the Cobi P38 set built
