Huh. I had no idea Saskatchewan had such a rule.

@cb It's unlikely to be legal in most places in North America. Typically, there is a law that states that the wheel cannot stick out past the fender. There is too great of a risk that a large object could be picked up by the tire, flung into the air, only to come crashing through another car's windshield.

I'm sure that there are other problems in most jurisdictions.
