went looking for it, and I guess it's found it's own home? sweet

anyways... needed a wheel ID.. I was thinking they were originally from a 1984 vw gti, and I was close, but I was wrong. any other ideas?

Welcome! We have in fact found our own home, albeit out of necessity after they pulled the plug over on Kinja.

Not sure on the wheels, those rears are pretty deep!

@tacoshoppemike Welcome! Super hard to tell from that picture. My best guess was maybe a modified Porsche cookie cutter wheel that came on 911’s and some 944 but they lack the dimension.

@tacoshoppemike No way those would have been from a Mk1, look at the backspacing on the rears. Mk1 GTI had 14x6 et38. Most Mk1 wheels were close to that.

@tacoshoppemike Those look like ATS Cups. Could be some sort of Borbet variant, but I’d put pancakes those are ATS.
