Did another neighbours Fiesta S.

Yesterday I was asked to clean a neighbours 2009 first gen, Nissan Qashqai.
Went across to get the keys, no answer, car was there, kept knocking a few more times, nothing.
Another neighbour came home who has a 2016 Gen 2, facelifted 3 door Ford Fiesta Zetec S, 1.0 Ecoboost, pulled up so I asked if I could clean his while I waited for the owner of the Qashqai to return.
No sooner had I set up the pressure washer than the owner of the Qashqai came out, they hadn't heard me knocking, but told me they were going out, so I couldn't of done the car anyway. Some people.
Any way. Back to the Fiesta.
Just exterior clean, door shuts wipe down the driver's mat and seal the exterior.

@svend Looks great! It would have been cool if the US got the 3-door Fiesta. I’m still convinced that sporty cars are best as 3-doors.

@boxer_4
I do like a sporty three door hatchback, coupes, not really me.
Shame many of them don't exist any more like the
VW Scirocco,
VW Polo GTi
Vauxhall Astra VXR,
Vauxhall Corsa VXR,
etc...
-
@boxer_4 Definitely agree on 2/3 doors vs. 4/5. Especially being a somewhat taller guy, I appreciate the extra door length that puts the B-pillar behind me rather than beside me. Better elbow room, and much better to see out of. I wish VW still sold the GTI as a 3 door, but apparently the mass of population here doesn't agree.
-
@svend With the death of the 3-door GTI in 2016, I don’t believe the US has any options for a hatchback with less than 5-doors (unless you count the Veloster). The 3-doors always seemed to have more style.

@boxer_4
Other than the little city cars (Citroen C1/Toyota Aygo/Peugeot 108, VW Up/Seat Mii/Skoda Citigo, etc...), the only 3 door hatchbacks are the
Ford Fiesta,
Toyota Yaris,
-
@boxer_4 Mini Cooper still sells a 3dr.
-
@longtime-lurker That’s a good point; somehow I forgot about that.
