Image: Just Rolled into the Shop subreddit
Reddit’s Just Rolled into the Shop is a veritable cornucopia of the many wonders and oddities of shop lyfe. You never know what’s gonna roll in. Here’s what caught my eye this week.

...I’m a guy in Texas that just lost his entire shop. Woke up at five am to something exploding. Walked outside to see this happening. Lost 12 bikes, 35 years of accumulated tools and parts, and all the cool stuff my lady won’t let keep in the house. But the house is ok, so that’s nice.
It was beautiful two days ago. A fire rolled into the shop.

Tried to get a name. Customer said don't worry, took the filter, and headed there immediately. Lol. I'd hate to be that front shop right now.

@Urambo-Tauro whole lotta scary right there
-
@urambo-tauro The fellow who had his tools stolen was this 🤏 close to making a torque-to-yield joke.
-
@urambo-tauro Just looking at that junkie's car, have me the heebeegeebees.
-
@urambo-tauro Oh ho ho. I know that destroyed coil/plug well enough. That there is a 05-10 Odyssey. Other J-series Hondas (as well as 07-13 Fits) had their fair share of self changing plugs.
Digging for these pics I have so much of this crap on my phone from my shop life lol
-
@urambo-tauro Man, lotta real downers this week.
-
@Urambo-Tauro Thanks for doing this. I always learn something. This week, it's lift safety and professional installation and inspection as eventually I'd like to get a two-post at my current house.
OTOH, I had a four-post lift professionally installed at my old house and those idiots incorrectly routed one of the cables so it was slowly being abraded on a large bolt.

@urambo-tauro that tyre at the end is nuts and that poor hoist.
