Tried to make a gin and tonic but had no ice and the one lime I had was a little brown. I tried anyway, it was awful and I poured it out.

@fractalfootwork Sorry, forgot to answer your question. I'm at work now, but I have a handful of beers sitting outside waiting to be cracked open when I get home. Few regulars like Miller Lite and Busch Light, but also a handful of Bell's Two Hearted.

@fractalfootwork 2 ounces of dark rum, tablespoon of butter, dash of vanilla extract, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, pinch of allspice, about a tablespoon of brown sugar - I'm not exact on the measures, just kind of eyeball it. Mix all the non-liquid stuff together in the bottom of the glass, then add the rum, and fill the rest to the top with hot water, and stir.
