Some cars look better now that they're old and used than they did when new

Examples:
On the W245 B-Class, the glass panels of the lamella sunroof turn pink after a number of years. The car magazines and sites test drive reviews, articles, and videos that drove the car when new all show clear glass panels.

I think the pink tint looks awesome. The multi-panel sunroof is already cool, but the pink tint makes it even cooler.

The interior of the T30 X-Trail
Supposedly, it was supposed to be gray when new, but the gray seems to have faded to tan, as the interiors all look tan when shopping for a used X-Trail.

I like tan interiors better than boring gray anyway

The W168 A-Class was available with a green interior, which is awesome as fuck. The contrasting gray plastic shit eventually fades to blue, and the blue and green effect is the BEST!!!!!!!!

So, does anyone here have any other examples of cars that look better used than new?

@dogisbadob not a single car but a feature most cars had. Windshields that had a slow gradient from clear at the bottom to a deep blue at the top.

@dogisbadob the pink glass looks ace, the scrunched up and wrecked sunshade less so... Although if it's like my VW it is probably fixable with some trim tools and harsh language.

Compared to BMW today, this restrained 5 series was considered a downgrade from the previous models. I think it looks amazing.

Yes, I meant the MK2 Golf. Here in the states the MK1 was called the Rabbit. Hence here the 1st Golf is actually the MK2.
