Shuswap Falls Film Photodump
-
Since the recent trip to the Okanagan gave me back my inspiration to take photos again, I have the fruits of 2 rolls of film for you.
I started this first roll last year, the last time we went to Indian Arm, so the first couple photos are from that trip, but the rest are my cousins property, Shuswap Falls, and the old Summerland-Princeton road.We're starting with the year old roll of Ultramax 400, taken with my Minolta XE-7, and either my 35-70mm f3.5, 24-35 f3.5, or 100mm f2.5.
Now we're onto the roll of Gold 200, same camera, same lenses.
That's that. I'm very happy with several of those, and at least fairly happy with most of them. There will hopefully be more to come this year.

@gmctavish At least half of these are wallpaper worthy. The natural light flooding through into the cabin is particularly compelling.
I also like the soft focus on the F150 pictures. In the same vein:
You cannot convince me that the year is not 2005 in this photo.
Also, pro tip to everyone. You can click on the pictures to see the full resolution. BUT if it's hyperlinked from the thumbnail of the upload, it's a low resolution version.

Great images. I agree with @WhoIsTheLeader : the inside work is fantastic.
-
@gmctavish Stellar work as always.

@WhoIsTheLeader @Just-Jeepin @CB Thanks guys! I’m glad you’re liking them

Pro Tip:
For really crisp photo previews on The Hyphen, I highly recommend using an external host site and linking instead of the native upload here because it compresses the photo preview way WAY too much (even though the actual photo is good when you click in to view it).I know CB uses Flickr and I use Imgur.

@Exage03040 Ahh I’ll have to try one of those, good to know
-
Very nice - thanks for sharing.
-
@gmctavish What is your method of uploading them onto the computer?
-
@UpCreekwithShitPaddle The photo lab that develops my film has a pretty excellent Noritsu scanner, they send me a link to where they host the scans online and I download them from there. These aren’t straight from the scanner though, I make minor adjustments in Lightroom.

@gmctavish Excellent work. I had a feeling it wasn't just a home scanner.
