PXL_20220618_144950459_edit.jpg Cars are for driving, so go do it when you have the chance.

      Have a good week, Oppo.

@MM54 ashamed to say the TR6 didn’t make it out of the garage this year until last week. But it was glorious. I even changed the oil which hasn’t been done in a long time even though it’s probably done less than 1000 miles on it.

But that’s the story of that car’s survivorship. Driven just barely enough to keep it from rotting (only 59k on a MY 1976) but not too much to wear it out.

it's a bit hard to heed that warning in times of unusually high fuel prices. the cost of just heading out there for fun has doubled.

a good reminder to do it if you can though

@MM54 Took the TR250 to a club breakfast Saturday morning before it got too hot. Took the 924 to the grocery store this morning, agree drive and enjoy.

I did 11 hours of driving today. I think that will be enough for now.

@MM54 Since I just finished up a couple weeks of work on our 924S, we took a drive in it today.

@MM54 I drove the MG to Autozone to get the lug nuts for the Corolla. Only a few miles, but I took the long way home so I could go through the covered bridge and rev it and listen to the echo. It's the little things...
