      Happy one to ya bastards.

Wife’s feeling under the weather, so I cooked for this one, not that I mind, just wish I had a propane grill as I enjoy cooking outdoors more than on the stove inside.

Tonight was a make it up night with some strip steak, tamari, peppers and snow peas, marinated in a teriyaki sauce. Cooked some rice with carrots, broccoli, and fried egg separately but forgot to take a picture if the end result before scarfing it all down. Fed the familia and even better, I’ve got s batch of steak and peppers left to use tomorrow and possibly even Tuesday.

Time to clean up the mess I made and drink some beer.

@orneryduck That looks tasty, and Cigar city brewing is awesome! I got to tour their brewery... 4 years ago? As part of a work trip. Was very cool.

@MisterButtercup they are one of my favorites for IPA punch. My backup is the lovely gem of Colorado, New Belgium, particularly their Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze.

Cigar City had a recent miss in my book though… they released ‘Florida Man Down Under’ with artwork of Sydney, Australia and given even a 10 year old from Oz can likely out drink a full-grown Floridian, this particular beer is their ‘low alcohol’ version of the normal Florida Man. Someone in Tampa doesn’t know much about the beer consumption of Australia.

@orneryduck I just discovered New Belgium's Voodoo Ranger in September, it's so good!

And hmm, while I don't know anything about the beer consumption of Australia, that doesn't surprise me, and they probably should have done more research (but probably just liked the name)

Made another batch with the leftovers. Still have a lil’ lunch for tomorrow. Got a pic of the whole package this time.
