Putting Sync 3 with Carplay and Android Auto into my 2014 F-150. Parts coming on a slow boat from China though - not due to arrive until Jul 6th.

Hoping it's as straight forward to install as all the Youtubes make it seem.

@liam You have to let us know how it goes. I’ve looked at doing this for the 2011 Ford Edge but not pulled the trigger. If you have a good experience I may need to follow your lead.

I got up not long ago and the coffee hasn't kicked in yet.

I'm imagining those parts being fired out of an actual canon onto your F150... and they land in the wrong places but somehow still work and causes other stuff to be rearranged... like what might happen in a cartoon.

So I'm imagining that display getting installed where your driver side exterior mirror is... and that mirror getting relocated to your center console... among other things.

So then to tune your radio, you'd have to roll down your window to do it.

On the bright side, the driver has TOTAL control over the radio...
