British Car Meet Photodump

Bonus:
The XJR owner apparently learned parking by feel, all 4 rims where either bent, curbed, or cracked
Also finally got a Right Angle Impact that I bought off of a crackhead for $65, brand new still in the plastic

@CB
So neat! -
i see you there you NISSAN, blending into the british cars
-
damn that wideboi Spitfire looks nuts, any idea what its running?
-
@SamV8 I believe I overheard him mention something about supercharged P38 drivetrain, but don't quote me on that
-
I love that Rover, there was one parked in a garage in SF for years with football club scarves in it. Never saw the owner but it's a cool ride. The color is awesome on that one.
-
I forget what model Daimler that is, but it's basically an S-Type Jag with the Daimler hemi V8.
-
@CB I noticed that as well! Very cool!
-
@Black-Villain Who brought the Swede and the West German to the Brit party? I love the weirdness of a Sonnet and a Train huddled in a corner surrounded by Jags and Triumphs.
-
@WhoIsTheLeader Basically every car parked on the grass is owned by one guy, a local doctor... He decided to just bring out most of his collection for the show since it was only a block away from his workshop (he was also sponsoring the club event)
-
@Black-Villain once again, I NEED ALL THOSE CARS, possibly except the purple Spit with the gargantuan flares.
-
@Black-Villain Trabi plz.
-
Well played, sir.

@Old-Busted-Hotness
2.5V8 or V8 250 depending when it was made. -
Whatever happened to the TR6? Obviously it has been subjected to some, euh, updating.
That Mondial with non-standard wheels (I suppose to get rid of the metric tyres) looks funny. But I am sure nobody ever bothered to create a replica of the Mondial, so it must be a real one.
I wouldn't mind a Mondial at all. Len Setright claimed it had better road manners than the 308/328, because of its better weight distribution and longer wheelbase.
-
One does try!

@Cé-hé-sin
And we all are thankful for that.
Consider yourself very much upvoted!(Come to think of it Black-Villain should consider himself upvoted too, natch)
