Oh dear god, Pennsylvania.
-
I think this is almost definition of cluster fuck.
The Pennsylvania Senate's swearing-in ceremony devolved into a chaotic scene when state GOP senators refused to seat a Democratic member who had won reelection and seized control of the proceedings from the Democratic lieutenant governor after his objections.
Jesus christ. What the hell is going on over there!?

We've reached the natural end game of Nixon's southern strategy and Gingrich's Clinton strategy and Trump's demagoguery.
No idea where we go from here.

@svend dude, that was like 2 days ago, keep up

I don't think half of America realises that Al Qaeda has just won. They seeded instability with Sept 11 and now its come to full completion. They must be celebrating hard in the caves of Afghanistan that they have just toppled the US without even having to lift a finger for the past few years.
I am just pissed off that our own little turd in power, Scott Morrison hasn't condemned Trump because he wants to be just like him
-
@mastermario
I've been trying my best to avoid it, then something came up and I caught up on several things on CNN at state level rather than at national level.
When I look at world news, I look at Australia, Europe, etc... but when BBC News shows, 'United States and Canada', I try to only look at Canada for the sake of my stress levels and what I like to call my 'WTF' quota. Lol. -
@pg China is certainly having a field day. After the Hong Kong crackdown, this is exactly what they needed to take the focus off them and demonstrate their superiority.
-
@pg
Ye', he condemned the riots but not the one who incited them.
What an idiot.
Which is also why Boris Johnson did the same, condemned the rioters but nothing about trumpie.
The U.K. government at the top are being conservative with their response, further down the ruling party and the majority of the Shadow Cabinet are being more vocal and direct.U.K. Home Secretary, Priti Patel said: "There is no justification for this violence and Donald Trump must condemn it."
Her Conservative colleague, and former Foreign Secretary, Jeremy Hunt directly addressed President Trump for telling the crowd to march on Congress, tweeting: "He shames American democracy tonight and causes its friends anguish - but he is not America."

Considering they are all dead, replaced by different assholes, I dont think they are celebrating anything
-
@svend Pennsylvania is indeed a very strange place.
-
@pg China, Russia, and goons in the Middle East are laughing their asses off right now.
I wouldn't say the US is toppled, but this is probably the most embarrassing time in American history, a time that makes a sharp distinction between functioning mature developed nations, and devolving banana republics full of armed deplorables and complicit authorities.
