I was sitting in traffic the other day behind a DS5 like this, not in and of itself a matter of consequence except that the driver intended to turn left and showed his or her intention to do so with those fancy sequential indicators popularised by VAG some time ago and now turning (er..) up in all kinds of places.
I can think off the top of my head of all of the VW group (not every model, at least one of each), Ford (front of the Mondeo), various Peugeots , various Lexuses and DAF trucks.
Any that I’ve missed?. No, not North American spec Mustangs. They’ve got that half arsed “use the brake lights as pretend indicators” thing going on.

I know it's not exactly what your asking but I have Yoshimura sequentials on the CB (because incandescent signals look stupid with LED head and tail-lights).

I know of very few sequentials because of archaic US lighting laws. The Mustang that uses its brake lights as sequential turn signals is all I can think of.

'66 Thunderbird was the first with sequential tails (I might be off by a year). Those were repurposed on the Shelby GT500. There's a kit to add it to '08-14 Challengers, too.
