...we don't need roads. Could really use some fenders though. Luckily, they shipped today!

And I just cleaned the paint... so very worth it though. Oddly enough blasting through a flooded gravel trail actually got rid of some scratching sounds in the drivetrain 🤷

@spacekraken Fenders are pretty great. And your bike isn't even dirty. You should see my bike after a rain and riding trails with larch needles and mud.

And you may ask yourself, "Where does that highway go to?"

@highlander Oh I "cleaned" it by running through another giant puddle, this one on a clear paved road haha. It definitely has been muddier before haha. Very much looking forward to those fenders.

The bikes like playing in water. as long as it's not up past the bearings

            This is the way.

2009 Corvette Coupe, 2004 BMW 330Ci, lots n lots of pedal powered things!

I was exploring last summer and wound up in water over the wheels and even over my generator light. Fortunately everything still works! I wasn't turning back that far in, damnit! (and I was correct that there would be a trail leading in from the other side of the swamp too so it was worthwhile to press on)
