These are the entry/exit puddle lights. Stupid, right? But also awesome.

I've only commuted in it so far, and I'm going off-roading on the Honda this weekend, so who knows when I'll get around to doing more. But I love this stupid thing so much. I keep looking at it and uncontrollably making weird giddy laughing sounds.

@AMGtech I like silly projector puddle lights. I got a set fo these for my car 4 years ago.
the color on them has faded, and the image has some "holes" in it o the passenger side but they were like 10 bucks on Amazon so I can't really complain.

@AMGtech Here I am with 16-year old non-logo puddle lights that don't even turn on when you open the door, they need to be manually activated...

@facw I've never owned a car with puddle lights before. Well, not the kind in the mirrors that are there even with the door closed. Only the kind that mounts in the bottom of the door, so only lights up when door is open. It's a new experience for sure

Wagon has the projectors, which were on the car when I took delivery - not something I necessarily would have picked, but everyone who rides in the car is amused:

My M3 had these little lights on the door handles that would come on when you unlocked it.

@davesaddiction my car is missing that light on the rear passenger door. Like the whole unit just isn’t there. Which is how I know it’s had body work done on that door.

That's crisp! ...too crisp hmm. I can just imagine dog poo on the ground, hidden by the shadow of the projected windshield shape. I'll take just a plain puddle light thank you!
