Having never placed mines myself, I can't answer your question. I don't know how hard they are to simply pick up and move. I don't think I'd want to find out. I'll wait for the sappers.

@farscythe I assumed Ukrainian mines to protect against tanks advancing on the city, if it was somewhere else then maybe russian mines

To pick up and move them, you have to be out of the tank, and a target for a sniper.

@farscythe Still a good deterrent, and if you're a Russian cooped up in a tank and you pull up to those mines, are you willing to risk getting shot by small arms to get out and move them? 😞

@ttyymmnn Isn't the obvious solution (for the tanks) to ghostride a shitbox into them?

@farscythe some mines have secondary fuses on the bottom and will detonate if you pick them up.

@farscythe They're probably laid by a truck, which would explain the regularity. Sometimes a very visible "Do Not Enter" like this is better than a field you don't see.

@bison78 Don't anti-tank mines usually have anti-tamper devices? Not sure I'd want to try moving one to find out.

@Tripper Easier and faster to either push them off with a task equipped with a mine-plow or detonate then with a flail or MICLIC.
