Yay new fridge magnets!

Today I received the new injectors and fuel filter for the Volvo, one day ahead of schedule. I quickly took to cleaning the injector wells and installed the rail with the new injectors. The fuel filter will have to wait until tomorrow as I didn't feel like crawling on a cold concrete slab.

Still to arrive are the new spark plugs and coils, and a set of injector harness connectors to replace the old brittle ones. Hot damn is that plastic shit.

@aremmes One of the things I loathe is all the plastic I see in the engine bay of my MINI. Nothing like a turbocharged dry sauna heat cycling small plastic bits for a decade to make everything just want to give up the ghost when you touch them.

@flatisflat Exactly what is happening to the wiring harness wrap. I just touch it and POOF, it's gone. The Mazdas don't show anything like that. Why had they not yet heard of Torlon, Viton, Kydex, or similar at the time, I'll never know.
