Ok, so story time here.
So, at history class today, the class was talking about Sub-Saharan Africa. We were talking about the European colonization of Africa and shortage of food because of not enough farmland in Africa. Then she asked us what things are in shortage NOW. So, I said chips. The whole class burst out laughing. I realized I said chips, and subsequently laughed as well. What I mean was CPU chips for cars, as, me being a DriveTribe refugee, know enough about them the pandemic has put them in shortage. At least I didn't get in trouble.

@Armith-Vala I mean you are completely right, there are significant shortages of computer chips right now, and it's a real problem creating shortages of many other goods including cars. No laughing matter.

Though for what it's worth, grocery stores are experiencing shortages as well, so it's quite possible there's a shortage of snack food chips as well (I had a craving for Doritos the other night, and those were in stock, but I'm pretty sure the shelves below them were nearly bare).

@tophercrowder Even if you said it in perfect Spanish, my grades 9-12 Spanish teacher would have mocked you mercilessly for such a bullshit answer. She was fun!
