I'm more interested in the tool you're using to generate the mosaic. I've seen plenty of processes for pixelating images, but this is the first I've seen that ads feaux tile shading.

Just a joke. Don't get all riled up. Teaching is a viable career through all grade levels, from kindergarten through grad school. You just need more credentials to teach in higher ed. There are also careers that use those skills. Training and technical writing come to mind.
