Brown manual....wagon?

Close enough. Probably no power steering, though, which combined with those fat tires is a no go for me.

$4000? Wow - no idea if it even runs. Great write up by the seller...

@Just-Jeepin Not a bad price! Manual steering in these really isn’t that bad. But I’d convert it to a Saginaw box (Advance Adapters makes a good kit) and toss the original bellcrank setup in the trash. It might actually go straight then.

It is with wide tires and my degenerative disc disease. I test-drove one in early 2019, couldn't make it out of the parking lot.

@trivet Yeah, lack of details isn't great. I'll be much closer to the seller next week while staying at my favorite cabin, but I seriously doubt I'll go take a look.
Probably.

Due to a strange brand loyalty in antique brands even my giant space brain struggles to make sense of, I'm unlikely to buy an antique Jeep - but that's not to say I don't appreciate them, and if I did buy one, it would likely be such a model as to satisfy a need for perversity. Deliberately "jeeping wrong". So, either a Willys Wagon, a Gladiator, a Jeepster, a 3A, or if shopping for a CJ-5, a Tuxedo Park.
Yes, I would be That Guy.This one's nice, though.

Too naive to realize your health issue would also be an issue with manual steering. That sucks man.
You can adapt them to power too (and with the Saginaw) so you can still buy it.
Probably have a reputable shop install it without much issue

Alberta Registry considered my 07’ Wrangler a “wagon” but my wife’s Juke a “truck”.

1956 Willys CJ5, 3 speed four-wheel drive four cylinder hurricane engineHe (I assume) finally got around to adding a description.
1956 Willys CJ5, 3 speed four-wheel drive, four cylinder 134 hurricane engine. Manual lockouts . I purchased in 2002,and have had my fun with it .The ole Jeep runs and drives good. They are powerful ,but not fast .You will need to go to a trim shop to have the window zippers replaced .I'm retired and getting rid of some things .I have repair records for the things ,I did not do myself .The jeep is 64 years old and is not perfect. It has had a roll bar installed .A perfect candidate for restoration .I would assume the odometer has rolled , however I'm not sure . I purchased it from an individual that had owned it since the 70's.He used it on the farm and for recreation.I am happy to tell you what I know.

@just-jeepin
That description alone makes the price much more attractive. -
