        @gettingoldercarguy oh yeah! Looks great. I like to do salmon similarly but with breadcrumbs and lots of fresh parsley added to make a rough chunky pesto. Grill it or roast it hot and it gets a little crust... I’ll have to experiment with adding basil!

          @gettingoldercarguy Oh yeah. Here's tonight's dinner which is a grilled striped bass per Martha Stewart's grilling recipe with broiled asparagus and cumin potatoes....
