Paging jminer, jminer to the front please...

Attention passengers, we regret to inform you that today's flight will be delayed.
I'm trying to post today's TDIAH, but the Hyphen won't accept posts that have more than 5,000 characters. Yeah, that's a lot of characters, but all the formatting information adds quite a few.
It would be cool if there were a way to add a character/word count to the editor.
-
@ttyymmnn how many characters you want it set to?
-
-
@jminer Enough? All of them?
It's impossible to say since I don't know how many characters are in this post.
According to an online character counter, today's post has 54,628 characters and 7,123 words. That's the version on the "left" side with all the formatting info.
That's an awful lot of characters.
-
@ttyymmnn You're just over the limit right now, it's set to 50,000 characters. I've increased it to 100,000 to be safe now.
You'll probably have to refresh the page in order to post, copying the composer text should allow you to just paste everything back in to a new window if needed after refresh. The composer does also keep drafts for a short bit too, but I'd copy it just in case.

@jminer Thanks. I'm actually using the copy method to write and save future posts. Once I assemble everything in the editor, I copy it all into a text file then discard the post. Then it's just a matter of pasting back into the editor and adding title, thumbnail, and tag.
Also, about tags. They are arranged by popularity. Can they be arranged alphabetically? I don't know how tags work in the world of online forums, but it would make it easier to find a specific tag (though text search on the page works well).
Thanks again.

@ttyymmnn At a quick look I don't see any other sort options for the tag page. Just the search that you already mentioned.
-
@rusty-vandura How do you @ two different people in the same reply? Just copy the @xyz?
-
You can actually just type it out. Type @ then start typing the username you want to tag and then click or hit tab when the one you want it selected.
-
@ttyymmnn What he said.

The manual “@“ is how I do replies on mobile so I can scroll around a bit easier when responding to someone.
