@davesaddiction in the movies, sure! Well, maybe not a grudge as we know it, but some sort of bug in the code, or logic flaw. Like, the truck gets cut off, and concludes the offending driver is unsafe. Its logic is to optimize road safety, so it concludes to remove the offending driver from the road.
Or it's a sensor flaw, where the truck perceives the car as a beacon to follow (like the leading truck in a daisy chained "truck train" scenario), but also miscalculates the car's position as being a several feet further ahead, so as a result it appears like it's trying to ram the car.

@wrong-wheel-drive its just the one truck, actually. The driver is never shown, I think was implicit that it was just a psychotic driver with road rage.
