@classicdatsundebate To be picky, Kir is made with creme de cassis (blackcurrant liquor) , and Chambord, while a mix of few berries, is considered a blackberry liquor.

Agreed… I sub Chambord because I feel it adds more complexity while still kinda emulating the original. Kinda like using Grand Mariner instead of Triple Sec in a Margarita

I also do Cadillac Margaritas with Grand Marnier often. I rarely use Triple Sec.
