Sketch to Concept Morph
-
Automotive sketches exaggerate certain proportions in service of d y n a m i c e m o t i o n, we all know this. Here's how a sketch compares to an actual vehicle. Now, the actual vehicle is still a concept car, but I'm pretty sure the roof structure and other bones of the 8GC are locked in there. Maybe besides safety regulations the windows keep shrinking because designers keep drawing them tiny for the sake of e m o t i o n a l d y n a m i s m?
I'm not sure if the sketch was done after the concept or the concept was photographed to match the sketch, because the wheel position matches too well.
The colorway is a preview of the M5 CS, though the M8GC should absolutely get it too. -
@wbizarre I prefer the real (concept) one

@wbizarre I wish automotive designers would stop the BS, and draw reasonable cars. Their love affair with big wheels and non existent tires, and thin little windows has cost us dearly.
