Green Mazda 2!

You just had to put that turbo Sprint at the end. I'll take it.

The ford is over represented!

That Fiesta looks exactly like our work runabout/parts getter. It's absolutely awful to drive (Powershift). So, I'd take a chance on literally any of the others... as long as they have three pedals on the floor, that is.

@st80mnd
First one's probably best, or else the Honda. -

I had a base model Fiesta rental a little while ago and got into an interesting situation on a slightly-uphill on ramp where I floored it, it downshifted, and rev'ed up past the power band and was maintaining speed, with my foot on the floor, just under redline. I had to lift off the gas to get it to shift then go back to like 90% to actually accelerate the rest of the way to highway speed.

@mm54 Yikes. I haven't had to drive ours on the freeway yet, thankfully. Around town it does fun tricks like short-shift 1st-2nd-3rd before reaching 20 mph, and then slipping in 3rd...

As much as I like that Swift, I'd have to say Yaris....and probably Mazda2 over all....quite like those little things!

I'm pretty sure their transmission calibration is "try out all the gears, then pick one at random"
