I'm literally laughing out loud - this is the entire plot to every terrible Christmas movie I've watched with my wife!
-
@Skyfire77 The themes are internationally relevant, unfortunately...[sigh]
-
My god.....the accuracy is uncanny!
-
@skyfire77 I weep for humanity that Virgin River is #1 on Netflix.
-
Cities in the winter are horrible though.

@forsweden Not Vancouver, just the other hick cities.
-
@classicdatsundebate Vancouver doesn't have winter.
-
@forsweden whatdoyamean...40F and rain and I'm whimpering like it's -40
-
@skyfire77 This is the plot of every Hallmark Christmas romance.
Which reminds me to sign up on Hallmark for December so I don't miss any.
-
I just wasted a couple minutes of my life. And there's a "ME" missing in panel 15. Hrumph!

I didn't click to "see full summary". I'd rather see where my imagination can take this plot.

@skyfire77 My wife LOVES the Hallmark channel. It’s the fastest way to drive me out of the living room.

@exage03040 so dragonning in the plot. Okay, that works.

Don't think I'd want watch any but can't hate on them. They're a bland but important part of our economy (sort of like RAV4s...)

trashing hallmark movies, so hot right now -
Alternative plot: man whose family owns a company making nothing but Christmas ornaments doesn’t understand why sales are down in March. Hires marketing firm from big city to help save company and by extension beautiful small town.
Marketing exec spends days at first hating small town then realizes how great it is that the lady at the hot chocolate store remembers her order: hot and with chocolate.
She also discovers company owner is gruff because he may not be able to save the orphanage in town if company closes.After weeks in town they remember there are other holidays they could make ornaments for. They’re so overcome by their genius that they kiss and realize they’ve been in love the whole time.

@skyfire77 shit, I’m an asshole who lives in a small town. I could be the local
home wreckerlove guy! -
The Hallmark Channel wants to know your location

Should I be worried that instead of Hallmark Channel, my partner binge-watches Law and Order: SVU?
