While staring at my bank accounts trying to figure out the best way to add some extra 0s on the back of those numbers I realized that my business with absolutely no recurring bills has absolutely no reason to be liquid in any way shape or form so I bought a 1987 Goldwing with 16,000 miles for $1000 and rode it home 35 miles at 10pm in 31 degree weather.

@frinesi2 this generation could be bought like that so there's nothing special about taking off all of the fairings. An all original bike in good condition with the fairings like this one is far more special.

@farscythe I spent a bunch of money on bikes I have used four times so I hung them from the ceiling as a reminder of my own folley

Is your driveway dirt then a random buckled concrete patch then dirt then the garage?

Or is there more buckled concrete under that dirt?

@mastermario The first thing. I'm going to get some 3/4" stone and lay it out over the dirt.

@chariotoflove they're great but they all need work. Carbs are coming out of this one this weekend. Also needs tires, fork seals, rear brake hydraulics, front rotors, radio, speakers, some misc wiring taken care of, probably some vacuum lines replaced.
