I think it is a Land Rover Defender SVX. I believe those came with portal axles.

@roadkilled Its got side exit exhaust too. LR was my first guess but nothing identifiable. My wife dragged me away from it before I could investigate further.

@vondon302 The first thing is some sort of heavily modified Defender, though I've never seen a kit like that before.

@Roadkilled The SVX was basically a sticker pack and a different grille and headlight surrounds; sadly, no Defender ever left the factory on portals.
