Cleaned up the car maybe go to a car show tomorrow
-
There is a car show tomorrow, local, small, thinking of showing off the Z.
I did a quick wipe down with detail spray and microfiber. Then wiped the interior with 303.
The engine bay could use some simple green and scrubbing but I don’t have time for that.
Also hocked up water to the frig only to realize this part was broken and leaking…
$35 on Amazon, will be here on Wednesday.

@highlander Looks good! I approve of the cardboard creepers. The temps and air quality should allow me to get the Camaro out this weekend too. It won’t look nearly as good but it’ll still be fun.
-
@highlander It presents very well in person. It'll be a standout car there. I love that blue interior. Have fun.
-
@pos_camaro the cardboard is for the oil drips.
-
@highlander Believe me, I’m familiar
Just didn’t want to embarrass your lovely Datsun by pointing out her Depends.
-
@highlander That car is stunning as always but I now need to know how many bikes total live in your house. 10 or more it looks like?
-
@spacekraken current total is 10. I’ve got a new one coming in a few weeks. I have 4, my wife has 4, and each kid has one mountain bike.
-
@highlander I bought a new fridge a few years back that has an ice maker in it. I ran water to it and I was surprised to find what a nice addition it was to our modern lifestyle.

What a solid fleet. Clearly I need more... and a ridgeline to copy you and @ITA97
-
@spacekraken I've only got 6 in the garage. 5 are mine, plus one more that I look after. I don't have a 240Z, although my first race track driving experience (and my first off-course excursion) were in a 240Z SCCA ITS car.
-
@ita97 Five seems about perfect though. I'm running two right now (plus my e=bike that's mostly my dad's these days). Trying to make my gravel bike essentially do the same things as three of your bikes (bar, gravel, road) definitely has its limits... but if any bike can handle a wide range of uses, it's a bike with drop bars with some wider tires and fender mounts.
-
Absolutely show that sucka off!
-
@spacekraken Indeed on the gravel bike. If I were limited to only one bike, it would be a gravel bike simply because they competently do so many different things.
