Can you imagine what it would be like to have a malfunctioning licence plate?

And to make matters worse, the dealer says it's a problem the DMV needs to fix, but the DMV says it's a problem the dealer needs to fix... but you have to get it fixed because there is a sadistic cop who keeps giving you tickets for it.
