I need to work on my Scandi flick
-
This game is quite enjoyable and relaxing and just nice to look at. I'm not good enough to drive the Group B cars but I'm enjoying the driving in the slower cars; at the moment I'm zipping around in what is obviously a BMW 2002 (despite my posting a picture of an M1 - please forgive me, Pip...)
I've heard good things about the soundtrack. Reviewers have said it has a lot of '80s synthpop influences, which seems appropriate for the age that they're going for. Being a product of the '80s myself that's just fine by me. And just like those great rallies in that era there are plenty of stupid spectators to plow through if you so desire.

@6mt_ftw that's an M1 not a 2002

I'm well aware of that; I just grabbed some generic images via Google, and being a big fan of the E26 I grabbed that image when I spotted it. It was easier than trying to play the game and grab screenshots, especially because my computer started acting up again whilst playing this game (It seems to be the same power issue I had a couple of months ago and is unrelated to the game).

Last weekend I unintentionally found that the XC90 responds well to the Scandi flick. Went in too hot on a left turn and felt the barge understeer badly, but a quick jab of the brakes and loosening the steering a bit corrected it in time.
