That’s not a hummingbird!

We had a thirsty wood pecker on he hummingbird feeder tonight. First time I’ve ever seen anything like this.

@highlander I always used to laugh at the woodpeckers that would hang on our sunflower feeders to eat that. Definitely never seen one on a hummingbird feeder.

We had two all winter that were feeding off some suet we put out for the birds. Yours looks like a Spotted Woodpecker, ours are smaller little guys - Downy Woodpeckers

They were taking sips from our hummingbird feeder last year too! (Pic from last year)
