To the bone. Literally.

It went in to my big toe about an inch. Surprisingly there wasn't much pain. It was a little tricky getting it out, but twisting whilst pulling it back removed it once I elevated my foot. Very little bleeding, which was also surprising. This occurred in my home office whilst trying to fix a computer; these tools are great for such tasks.
One more reason to dislike dentists...

A dentist wasn't responsible for leaving it on your floor though, was it?
Or was it?...

@chariotoflove I keep these around to attack dentists should they dare to enter my home, giving back to them what they've given me. Too much oral surgery when younger has given me quite a fear of them...
