Got my car back from the bodyshop! Needed the rad support pulled and hood aligned after a deer came out of the fog last month. Put the front bumper back on once I got back home. It was undamaged from the deer so I took thag off myself to save on labor.

Pretty hype to have my daily back. How’s everyone else doing?

@pip-bip sorry to hear but hopefully things turn for the better! I’ve had a rough few months as well but getting the car back has much improved my spirits, even if she’s very rough cosmetically still. I try to keep the mindset that it could always be worse

@ihm96 I can begin to see the transition to a Mad Max battle car... but I’m glad it’s nice and shiny again.

@ihm96 Just reading the title led me to believe the photo was the after picture, after you got it back from the shop! You really need to get a new body shop!

@vincentmalamute well it was the after haha. Before that the hood wouldn’t close. Bumper is back on and it all looks nice nice now. Didnt paint the hood yet since I have an AC schnifzer front bumper and side skirts to install that also need paint. Will wait till the salt clears and winter is gone

@st80mnd Hit a deer. It kind of bounced off the top of the hood and light so I guess it just didn’t really hit the bumper. My center license plate trim got hammered hard tho.

Also the headlight adjusters are all broken despite them appearing fine in the pic. New euro lights arrived today! Always wanted them, never had a reason to splurge , always gotta think of the bright side!

Your ways are confusing! But that'll be nice after the AC bumper and skirts.

Here was the before. I’m driving it through the winter and I’d rather wait till show season to drop the extra cash for paint. I’m not too worried about the shabby looks for now as long as it runs strong and is clean on the inside.

I do have new euro lights, corners and turn signals on the way to spruce it back up.
